The 23rd annual Elevator U conference is planned for June 26-29, 2023. The conference is being hosted by the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. The educational sessions and vendor expo location will located at the main hotel for the event, the Hilton Charlotte University Place - 8629 JM Keynes Drive, Charlotte, NC 28262.

Wednesday June 28th, 2023 9:00 am – 10:00 am – Breakfast, Nominations & Voting 10:00 am – 11:00 am – Vendor-Mercials 11:00 am – 5:00 pm – Educational Sessions 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm – Vendor EXPO Opened – EESF Silent Auction, Dinner and Drinks *Vendor booths must be taken down and packed for shipping by 10:00 pm on 6/28.

EU Conference Fees $400 per person – 3-Days
Exhibitor Fees – Table Top Exhibit Space $1,200 per booth space/company EU Member – Includes Exhibit Table & Educational Conference For One Representative.
$150 per person for an extra worker Draped Tables Provided ***Table Top Booth Exhibit, Large POP UP’s Will Not Fit***
