The University of Maryland, Baltimore, Facilities Mgt, is seeking an Elevator Services Manager to oversee all aspects of elevator service and maintenance; will be responsible for project management and reporting of activities associated with UMB elevators. Supervises/trains personnel; participates in performance evaluations & training recommendations. Assists in budget projections/preparation. Reviews elevator drawings and submittals for all elevator installations at UMB. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in electrical and/or mechanical studies/10 years experience in elevator environment, project management, maintenance, repair, 4 years in a supervisory capacity.
