The 11th annual conference is planned for June 17-19, 2008. The conference is being hosted by Fiesta Resort, Tempe http://www.fiestainnresort.com/.

Conference Hotel/Lodging will be at the Fiesta Resort, Tempe http://www.fiestainnresort.com/.
The following per night rates are effective for reservations made before 6/3/08. After this date all rooms will be released and all negotiated rates will be void. When making reservations, you MUST reference “Elevator U” to receive the special rates.

*Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: This prize drawing is open only to registered attendees to the Elevator U conference, except board and committee members currently providing service to Elevator U. By entering, all participants and/or entrants release Elevator U and its officers, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms. Actual prizes pictured may vary due to availability. All reasonable attempts will be made to supply item as pictured. In the event the item is no longer available; an equivalent as determined by the Elevator U officers will be supplied.
How Winners will be Determined: Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on June 19, 2008 by an officer of Elevator U. Winner must be present to win. All non-winning entries will be discarded. Winners and other matters pertaining to the prize drawing shall be final. Prize Winner may be required to sign a release of liability, and return same, properly executed, within 1 day of issuance of prize notification. If a prize winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date; his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner shall be selected. By entering into the Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Elevator U officers reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the drawing, or to terminate the drawing and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date.
