EESF Announces New Board Positions

May 10, 2010 - The Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation announces the creation of four new positions on its Board of Regents.  The recruiting committee has put forth the suggestion that the Board create four regents and alternate positions specific to the following industries: Insurance, Public Transit, Universities and Schools and Building Owners/Managers. These positions will be vacant unless filled specifically by the representatives.

The goal of this initiative is to create a strong Board of Regents to oversee the running of the Foundation from the perspective of the vertical transportation industry as well as those industries that rely heavily on the equipment.

Join us in the Recruit for Safety campaign!  Do you have an interest in helping EESF spread the word on Elevator and Escalator Safety? Do you know an industry member that would be a perfect fit? EESF is actively seeking nominations for individuals to fill the positions. Nominations for suitable board members may be sent to:
